Coastal Primer Review publishes guides and takes no enquiries, which this page exists to say plainly.

This Site Does Not Do the Work

This section describes exterior painting work as it is done in Torrance, CA. It does not perform that work, quote for it, or arrange it on a reader's behalf.

Hiring Well

The usual checks are still the ones that matter. Put the same written specification to every firm, so the prices that come back are actually comparable.

Keeping Guides Current

Published guidance is reviewed and amended over time. Accuracy is the only thing a reference site has to offer, and a page out of date on a code requirement is worse than no page at all.
